About Afsana Mukta

Afsana Akter (Mukta) completed her SSC from Prohladpur High School and her HSC from Gazipur Cantonment Board College. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eden Mohila College.

She received professional training from the Government Teachers’ Training College, Dhaka, and completed Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing training from  Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA). She is also a certified Graphic Designer under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

Afsana was a National Player in Taekwondo (Korean Martial Art) under BJMC. She began her career as a Taekwondo Instructor under the Bangladesh Taekwondo Federation and also played a vital role as a referee in national competitions.

She has practical experience as a Social Worker at Sir Salimullah Medical College
 (Mitford Hospital) and gained teaching experience at Sir Salimullah Muslim Orphanage. During her B.Ed. program, she completed her teaching practicum at Sher-e-Bangla Boys’ School.

She has worked several times as a volunteer with Plan Bangladesh, contributing to social awareness initiatives. Additionally, she has over three years of experience working in Out-of-School Children Education with “Ghashful” under the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE), Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.

At present, she is working as a Digital Marketer with the renowned Digital Marketing Agencies — DocsROI & SAOBANIAN
